Trees and shrubs are guaranteed for 1 year.

Trees and Shrubs are covered 100% for a year if we install them and 50% of retail if installed by someone else. You must have the receipt and the plant for credit. This is a one time replacement. We do not warranty any transplanted plants.

Sale and clearance items are excluded. Sale prices are only valid during the dates of the sale.

The warranty does not cover damage brought on by drought, hurricane, hail, and other unpredictable weather conditions or plants that were planted improperly or were neglected.

Soil amendments and tree gators are available for purchase and are strongly recommended to help break down our clay soil and to keep plants watered especially for their first summer.

All labor is guaranteed for 90 days, materials for 6 months.

We gladly will return any non-living item within a period of 30 days. Any living items are returnable only within 48 hours and only if the plant is viable and retail-ready. Special orders are non-refundable. You must have a receipt at the time of the return.

Of course, we are happy to help you load your purchases, but we are not responsible for any personal or property damage that may occur.
